Workforce Training
Our goal is to help all our residents move up the economic ladder and to help local businesses find skilled labor.
We will offer Tailor-made resident services, such as a homeowner down payment assistance program for residents earning a degree or certification.
We’re also planning a two-fold local employer exchange program. Participating employers will be notified of vacant units at Johnston Farms, and Johnston Farms residents will be notified of job openings with those local employers.
